La Chang mean new moon in Burmese
We undertake tasks involving Revit, CAD, calculation documents, and cost estimation for air conditioning, sanitation, fire prevention, power, and lighting systems. We have dedicated ourselves to the modeling of equipment design with a focus on energy efficiency and comfort. Additionally, we also undertake the creation of Families for duct piping equipment and various products. Our company is advancing the automation and AI integration of architectural equipment design tasks using Revit.

In addition to Revit, we are also happy to undertake CAD drafting. We have experience in creating 3D drawings from point cloud data and converting existing CAD drawings to Revit.

We are willing to provide Myanmar engineers for any type of work on a daily basis. You can use our company's equipment, such as PCs and networks for telework, free of charge.

We provide design calculation services, value engineering (VE) proposals, and energy-saving proposals. We also undertake tasks such as duct, piping, and cable sizing, as well as quantity takeoff work (excluding unit pricing).
We offer services that provide your company with office space, PCs, Internet, general affairs functions, and attendance management for the trial use of human resources under your employment plan. Regarding Engineer Telework Dispatch
We have Myanmar engineers who have worked at Japanese companies and love Japan. For companies that request our services, we will provide profile sheets of engineers who are available for telework.
Our full-time employees have already worked with Japanese counterparts (who are beginners in English) multiple times. They participate actively in lively TV conferences using translation software and basic Japanese.
Many have praised their quick work pace, which we attribute to the sustained concentration ability characteristic of Myanmar engineers.
Before deciding on long-term dispatch to Japan for hiring Myanmar engineers through a sending agency, utilizing our office facilities for trial employment and confirming suitability through telework tasks would provide mutual reassurance for both parties.
If training and guidance can be conducted at our office from the contract signing to departure, they will be ready to contribute effectively upon arrival.
"Overview of our office"
In Yangon, the power supply is still unstable, and power outages of several hours occur multiple times a day. During these times, the backup generator kicks in, causing the internet to go down for about a minute during the switch.
Please be aware that power outages can occur during telework meetings.
Our business hours are start from 8:00 to 17:00 Myanmar Time (with a lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00). Converted to Japan Time, it is start from 10:30 to 19:30 (with a lunch break from 14:30 to 15:30). Please be aware that meetings tend to be scheduled in the afternoon Japan Time.
Also, please note Myanmar holidays, especially in April when there are approximately 10 days off. On the other hand, we typically operate on Japanese holidays.

Currently, many Japanese companies are withdrawing from Myanmar, leaving behind talented young individuals who love Japan and have lost their jobs. Through our work in architectural and facilities design, which can be done remotely, we want to provide these individuals with opportunities to work. That's why we've decided to establish a local company there. (Managing Director, Shigeo Takeuchi)"
Our company specializes in design engineering, distinguishing ourselves by the expertise of our design engineers rather than solely operating as drafting operators. Founded in 2018, our team comprises members recruited from my previous role in the equipment construction company’s design department in Myanmar. This foundation ensures that all our staff possess the skills of design engineers. They are capable of interpreting equipment schedules and system diagrams, making comprehensive judgments on factors such as ceiling heights, and proficiently creating 3D models. This capability positions us strongly to handle the following types of projects:
It is about 30 minutes by car from downtown to the western district of Yangon. Our company is located on the 5th floor. We signed the lease for a rent similar to that of a one-room apartment in Tokyo. We searched extensively for an office with a strong internet environment in Yangon, where power outages are frequent, and managed to get a 40% discount. We are grateful to the landlord.
